Yes. Every entry is stored only in your own browser (localStorage) on this device. Nothing is uploaded to any server and we never see it. The trade-off is that clearing your browser data, or switching to another device or browser, will not carry it over — so print or save a PDF before a big clean-up.

Yes. Use the Metric / Imperial toggle at the top any time. Your measurements are always stored the same way internally and simply re-displayed in the units you pick, so nothing is lost or rounded away when you switch back and forth.

Click “Print / Save as PDF”. Your browser’s print dialog opens with a clean, dated summary and your full entry history laid out for paper or PDF — choose “Save as PDF” as the destination to keep a digital copy you can email or upload.

Pick a few consistent points — calf, thigh, ankle, upper arm — and always measure at the same spot, ideally at the same time of day. Once or twice a week is plenty to see a trend; daily is fine if it helps you stay consistent. Steady technique matters far more than the exact number.
